Anshuman Sinha
Brennan School of Business
Anshuman Sinha is an Assistant Professor of Entrepreneurship in the Brennan School of Business. He has a Ph.D. from the Paul Merage School of Business. He also has Masters and Bachelors degrees in Business Administration. Prior to joining academia, he worked at McKinsey & Co., where he assisted clients with innovation and digital transformation, and in the financial services sector, managing both B2B and B2C clients. These experiences deeply shape his research and teaching. His research focuses on entrepreneurship and strategic change, particularly on organizational goals and managerial attention. His recent work explores the phenomenon of entrepreneurial pivoting and strategic change. He has been recognized for his research, reviewing and teaching excellence by receiving a Nomination for the Best Ph.D. Student Paper Award and an Outstanding Reviewer Award from the Strategic Management Division at the Academy of Management Annual Meeting, and an Outstanding Teaching Assistant award from the Paul Merage School of Business, University of California, Irvine.
